L'Ermitage Hotel!

Dear L'Ermitage Hotel guest!

New restrictions set by the Estonian Government and Estonian Health Board will be effective from 26.08.2021. 

All L'Ermitage Hotel guests (from 18 years old and above) who wish to enjoy and visit our restaurant L'Ermitage and breakfast buffet at KATZE must present EU digital COVID certificate (QR code). 

We accept both digital or printed version of one of the certificates listed below:
- valid COVID vaccination passport
- you have recovered from COVID-19 no longer than 6 months ago and can present the certificate for it
- negative COVID-19 test result from a rapid antigen test taken up to 48 hours in advance or a PCR test taken up to 72 hours in advance prior to your arrival and can present the certificate for it

It is possible to stay at L'Ermitage hotel without presenting the EU digital COVID certificate. However, you will have no access to our hotel services such as restaurant L'Ermitage or be able to enjoy breakfast at restaurant KATZE.
You can enjoy breakfast and dinner from the comfort of your room by ordering room service with a service fee of 8€/ per room. PS! If you wish to order breakfast in your room, you must notify the reception the night before.

Due to the Estonian Government's new restrictions, if you fail to present us the EU digital COVID certificate pre-payments won't be refunded.

While we have consistently maintained high standards of hygiene in L'Ermitage, we have implemented additional measures in response to COVID-19. 

We are following the guidelines provided by the Estonian Government and the Estonian Health Institution.

 Guest Rooms: Cleaning and disinfecting rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.


 Front Desk and Lobby:

The hotel’s doors open automatically and the receptionist only serves one person at a time. 

 Public Spaces: Hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on the counter at the front desk, elevators (and elevator buttons), door handles, public bathrooms and even room keys.

 Hand Sanitizers: Available to use at the public restrooms, hotel’s lobby, restaurant, breakfast area and at the conference lobby area.


 Restaurants: All the tables, surfaces and menus that are being used are disinfected properly after every customer.


 Meetings and conferences:  Hand sanitizers are available for guests. Separate entance and private lobby area.
